CLUB HOUSE AND RESTAURANT

The Club House is located in front of the Infinity Pool and is the main meeting point for guests.

Inside you will find the restaurant and bar. The kitchen is purely  homemade, run by Mary and brother Titino featuring rustic and typical dishes infused with local citrus and flavored by the famous Gargano organic olive oil.

The brothers use exclusively highly selected organic products: oil and wine come directly from the olive groves and vineyards of the family.

Pasta "Alla Zingara", natural sugar-free jams, liqueurs made with herbs gathered fromthe forest, and delicate tarallini are all part of the traditional menu and dedicated to simplicity 'and authenticity with family recipes passed on from mothers to daughters for many generations', to make your vacation experience enjoyable, not only for the soul but also for the palate
